Smoked Steak Tartare | lightly smoked filet mignon, chopped red pepper, red onion, capers, and lightly sauced with Mediterranean aioli
Scallop Crudo | sliced scallops in an orange soy ginger broth with arugula and cilantro oil
Maryland Seafood Soup | shrimp, lump blue crab, and bay scallops in a Maryland style broth
Tuna Guacamole | diced Ahi tuna, fresh guacamole, black garlic shoyu, endive
Burrata Bruschetta | fresh bruschetta, tossed garlic ciabatta bread, burrata, drizzled with the finest aged balsamic

Filet Mignon | served with lump crab risotto and asparagus tips, drizzled with a red wine butter sauce
